On Saturday, April 20th, the RHI Sports Program hosted its 18th Annual Visions of Victory Gala event in the Murat Egyptian Room at Old National Centre. As in years past, the theme of the event was casino night. Patrons of the event enjoyed a 120+ item silent auction, champagne and golf raffles, a slider and beer tasting station, and of course, legal and free casino gambling provided by the Broad Ripple Sertoma Club. During the dinner portion lead by the emcee of the night, Scott Sander from WISH-TV, guests heard speeches from RHI CEO, Dan Woloszyn, RHI Sports Director, Jake Patrick, RHI Sports athlete and 2012 US Paralympian, Cat Bouwkmap, and 2013 Visions of Victory Award Winner, Andy Cohn (pictured above). Andy is a three time US Paralympian and was featured in the Oscar nominated documentary “Murderball”, which is about the sport of wheelchair rugby. Don’t miss out on this great event next year!
