Another RHI Power Soccer Team Brings Home A National Championship! August 4th, 2013

RHI Sudden Impact (SI) traveled to Fort Wayne on July 25th to compete for the Champions Cup.  SI was #1 in pool A going undefeated in pool play. They played their first game for bracket play on Friday July 27th winning the game. Saturday rolled around with the team getting more anxious as the day went on. They won their first game on Saturday which took them to the Championship game against Dasa! Keeping the crowd on the edge of their seats the whole game, both teams made great shot attempts at goal. Finally 0-0 with 5 minutes left of the game, Sudden Impact took a shot at goal and scored! They then defended their goal tight the last few minutes pulling out a win! They worked great as a team the whole tournament focusing on their passing and patience. On top of winning the Cup, Zack Dickey and JC Russo both earned a spot on the All Tournament Team with many other great players! Dickey also received MVP of the Tournament and the Golden Guard award. Congratulations to RHI Sudden Impact for bringing home the Champions Cup!
