Monte Spence joined RHI in 2011 as the Chief Operating Officer. Monte provides daily over-site to non-clinical system operations including: Business Development and Statewide Affilliations, Performance Improvement, Information Technology, Facility Services, Dietary, Environmental Services, and Outpatient Clinic and general operations. He received his undergraduate degree in Health Care Administration from Eastern Michigan University, and Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University. Monte served 16 years in the U.S. Army as a Medical Service Officer.
