Brain Injury Community Re-Entry Program

This program provides comprehensive services that assist in enabling clients with strokes or traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries to function independently in the community, home, and work settings. Along with physical impairments, we address difficulties with memory, attention communication, awareness, problem-solving, and emotional adjustment.

We provide individual and group therapies not only in the clinic, but also in the community. We offer a Brain Injury Coping Skills Group which was developed to educate brain injury survivors and families in coping skills to enhance long term adjustment.

Outpatient Therapy Programs

The goal of NRC’s Outpatient Programs is to assist individuals in returning to their previous level of function through individual and group sessions. We have experience working with Neurologic and Orthopedic conditions of all kinds including, but not limited to:

  • Multiple Sclerosis

Follow-Up and RHI Wellness Program

At NRC, helping our clients achieve their highest potential not only means helping them to return to independent function, but also to maintain or continue to improve their function once they have completed therapy.

We continue to follow you after you leave. Our social worker will follow-up with a phone call to ensure that the progress made during therapy is maintained or improved at home. If a problem does arise, we can assist in connecting the client or family with the appropriate services.

The Wellness Program allows our previous clients to continue and progress and work on their physical fitness and exercises under the supervision of our experienced staff. The cost for this program is $100 for 8 sessions.

Please contact us at (317) 879-8940, if you have interest or questions about our services and programs.
