Denny Armington

Denny Armington



Denny Armington is the Chief Executive Officer of Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, Inc. Mr. Armington came to RHI in 2000, previously managing the West Coast Operations Division for RehabCare Group. Prior to that, Mr. Armington held administrative/director positions in public and private rehabilitation companies, disease management companies, and public and private, not for profit rehabilitation and acute care hospitals.

Mr. Armington is active in the hospital industry serving on local and regional industry related committees and task forces and serving as a voluntary surveyor for CARF, the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission. Armington holds a Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa.

 

 

 

Gretchen A. Fox, MS, OTRGretchen A. Fox

Gretchen Fox attended Indiana University Bloomington and University of Indianapolis. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. Gretchen has worked in various levels of care before landing at RHI on the Spinal Cord Team in 1995. She has held various roles at RHI including Senior Therapist, Manager of Business Development and Admissions, Program Director of RHI at St.Vincent and currently Chief Business Development Officer. Gretchen played a major role in formalizing and leading the RHI Sports Program to become a nationally recognized program. This program currently serves hundreds of disabled athletes. She also serves on the board of directors of the YWCA Indianapolis Board of Directors and the University of Indianapolis Alumni Board of Directors and the Nation Spinal Cord Injury Association.

 

 

 

Joni L. Brown



Joni L. Brown is the Chief Human Resource Officer of Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana. Mrs. Brown joined RHI in 2004, and had previously been employed at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville, Indiana, where her primary focus was benefits administration. Prior to this time, Mrs. Brown held human resource management positions at another rehabilitation hospital and another acute care hospital, both located in central Indiana.

Mrs. Brown is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Administration and the Human Resource Association of Central Indiana. Mrs. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University and a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

 

 

James Grahamjim


Jim Graham is Executive Director, RHI Foundation at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana. Jim has been with the RHIF since early 2002 and coordinates all RHIF development, fund raising and planned giving activities. He also serves on the Administrative Team for the hospital. Prior to joining the RHI Foundation, Jim was VP of Business Development for Walker Information in Indianapolis where he worked with the Customer Loyalty Measurement and Employee Commitment Survey product lines.  He also worked for Walker’s not for profit services company, Walker Direct. Before joining Walker, Jim was Director of Development for the Colleges of Engineering, Nursing and Education and Assistant Director of Planned Giving at the University of Iowa Foundation. Jim has a B.A from Vanderbilt University and an M.A. from the University of Iowa.
