Rachel E. Milstead joined RHI, IU School of Medicine Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department, and IU Health Physicians as a Physician Assistant September 2012. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology (Athletic Training) from DePauw University, Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Butler University.
