During the first weekend in April, the RHI Mini Pacers and RHI Racers traveled to Louisville, Kentucky for the NWBA Wheelchair Basketball Nationals. Coming into the tournament the Mini Pacers were ranked 5th and Racers ranked 11th. Playing several great teams along the way, the Mini Pacers finished in 4th place in the prep division. Racers also gave a great fight finishing 10th in the JNIT, which places them 26th overall in the varsity division. Mini Pacers player, Timmy Dowell, received the Sportsmanship Award! Congratulations Timmy! We also want to recognize our two seniors, Tanner Hall and Cat Bouwkamp, on a great season. You guys will be missed!
