Timmy Dowell Sweeps Up Nationals August 4th, 2013

Eleven year old Timmy Dowell took home 1st place in five events at the National Junior Disability Championships!  The NJDC’s were held in Rochester, Minnesota on July 10-12.  On Wednesday Timmy started out by coming away with a win in the 100 and 800 meter events!  On Thursday, he followed that up by taking first in the 200 and 400 meter events.  And for his last encore on Friday, Timmy won the grueling 1500 meter event to add up to his five wins.  Congratulations to Timmy on another successful year on the track, and we can’t wait to see what is in store for the future!
