RHI is in the House! Sudden Impact & Indy Cruisers Take on the Competition in St. Louis February 1st, 2011

Even in the frigid cold of a January morning, RHI Sudden Impact & RHI Indy Cruisers arise to travel to St. Louis, MO for their first out of state Conference Play, January 22 and 23.  Teams from across the midwest gathered together in friendship and competition for the title of first place. Competition was fierce as Sudden Impact took to the courts winning 4 of 5 games.

The irony is that one of the games resulted in a tie with Indy’s very own RHI Indy Cruisers.  The game was intense and very competitive as the Cruisers pounced the ball in the second half to tie the score of 1-1.  As Sudden Impact struggled to gain one more goal the clock counted down and there it was…a tie.  The Indy Cruisers also had a great tournament finishing up with a record of 3 wins, 1 loss, and 1 tie.

The amazing effort brought forth by all the teams and the competitive spirit and team camaraderie could be seen throughout every game. Next stop for Sudden Impact Arizona’s Power Blast in March where west coast teams will see what the mid-west can do.  It will prove to be a very exciting tournament!
