Scott currently serves as Chairman of the RHI Foundation Board of Directors.
He is president of Grocers Supply in Indianapolis. Scott began his career in the state and
local tax business in 1982. In 1991 he founded Innovative Consulting Service in
Indianapolis which quickly grew to one of the largest regional firms. He has hands-on
experience with workouts and turnarounds. In addition, Scott has overseen the start-up
of many successful businesses and has successfully steered many companies through
startup to exit. His past community involvement has included the Indiana Blood Bank,
Board of Trustees, The American Heart Association, Gleaners Food Bank,
Indianapolis ZOO, Red Cross, and the Indiana Mental Health Association.
